Crow King (Kangi Yatapi)

Warrior Series

Crow King’s remarkable achievements at the

Battle of Little Big Horn are legendary. He and

his large gray horse rode into the pages of history

as they loyally led repeated direct cavalry charges

against Custer’s lines, emerging unscathed.

His “trophies” are his 1861 light cavalry saber, 1870

Springfield carbine, and a Lieutenant Colonel’s coat

of the U.S. Seventh Cavalry.
